Can I place an order? Will MIST deliver my parcel?
Yes, MIST Online continues to serve customers. During normal service, all orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day. Once the order has been "shipped" from our offices, you will receive an email confirmation of this. All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, and delivery times from them may vary as a result of increased demand and coronavirus related measures.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, MIST Online is continuing to take telephone orders and telephone queries. You can also get in touch via live chat or email.

Are the MIST Retail locations open?
As per the latest government advice (5th January 2021), our retail premises will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Can I collect in-store / Do you offer Click And Collect?
Yes. Even under the new lockdown guidance businesses can still offer click and collect services. You can collect in-store at our Western Road branch located at 41 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1JD.
You can either place your order online by selecting the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout OR place an order over the phone by calling 01273 681 138.
Orders placed before 14:00 will be available to collect the same day. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect, please do not attend the store until you have received this email.
Collect in-store opening hours are Mon-Friday 10:00-17:00.
On-collecting your order, there will be a bell to press to notify a member of our staff that you have arrived. You will then be greeted and handed your vape mail at the door! There will be no entry permitted into our store.
Unfortunately, we can't offer click & collect at our Baker Street Location but you are welcome to place an order online and have it delivered. Please read here for our Delivery Information
Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
How is MIST protecting staff from Corona?
MIST have put in place measures allowing staff who can work from home to do so. For staff that are needed in our office & warehouse, social distancing measures have been put in place to avoid as much contact as possible.
Will MIST have my stock?
MIST is still receiving stock deliveries from our suppliers. However, As supply chains are stretched and demand has increased due to the closure of retail locations it is possible certain items of stock may not be replenished as quickly as normal. If your items are out of stock, please make sure to sign up for a stock notification on our product pages so we can let you know as soon as they are back in stock.
