Can I place an order? Will MIST deliver my parcel?
Yes, MIST Online continues to serve customers. During normal service, all orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day. Once the order has been "shipped" from our offices, you will receive an email confirmation of this.
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, and delivery times from them may vary as a result of increased demand. You can follow the latest updates on Royal Mail Cornavirus update page.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, MIST Online are continuing to take telephone orders and telephone queries. You can also get in touch via live chat, or email.

Are the MIST Retail locations open? Can I collect in-store?
As per the latest government advice (22nd March) our retail premises have been closed for a minimum of three weeks, which means you can no-longer visit any of our physical locations to shop, OR collect in-store. You can still place orders online, as normal.
Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
How is MIST protecting staff from Corona?
MIST have put in place measures allowing staff who can work from home to do so. For staff that are needed in our office & warehouse, social distancing measures have been put in place to avoid as much contact as possible.
Will MIST have my stock?
MIST is still receiving stock deliveries from our suppliers. However, As supply chains are stretched and demand has increased due to the closure of retail locations it is possible certain items of stock may not be replenished as quickly as normal. If your items are out of stock, please make sure to sign up for a stock notification on our product pages so we can let you know as soon as they are back in stock.
