8 Smallest Vape Kits Worth Buying in 2025 (UK Review)

Do you miss the days back when vapes were all massive sub-ohm box mods with multiple removable batteries and advanced temperature control settings? No, me neither, really.

These days, vapes are more approachable and compact than ever before, perfect for travelling with and using discreetly in equal measure. Let’s take a look at the smallest vape options in the UK vape market and see which are likely to suit you best!

The Best Smallest Vape is OXVA XLIM SQ Pro 2

With excellent battery capacity among the smallest vape options, delicious XLIM pod flavours and a cutting-edge touch screen user-interface, the OXVA XLIM SQ Pro 2 is a massive step ahead from the previous vape in the range and a great sign of things to come from OXVA.

The Best Small Vapes in 2025 are:

Voopoo Argus G3 Mini

A sleek and long-lasting replacement for disposables
Price: £15.95

Why We Recommend It

  • 1350mAh battery EASILY lasts a whole heavy day of vaping
  • Long-standing pod range known for clear and rich flavour carrying
  • Perfect for a former disposable vape user

The Argus G3 Mini is obviously the smaller edition of the Voopoo Argus G3, in standard ‘mini/nano released after the main version’ vape manufacturing fashion. However, this is a rare case in which the Mini vape is BETTER than the G3 original!

The ample 1350mAh battery can stretch out for LONGER than the 1500mAh battery in the original, thanks to stripped-back features and no colour display screen. Great Argus pod flavour, compact vape build, and very lightweight.

Not convinced that this is the right compact vape for you? You should read our hands-on Argus G3 Mini review.

Pros

  • 1350mAh battery feels endless for a ‘Mini’
  • Exceptional flavour and comfortable pods
  • Snug, slim and smooth build for total comfort

Cons

  • No control features whatsoever

FreeMax Rexa Nano

The featherweight square-slab build makes it ideal for travel

Why We Recommend It

  • Automatically sets the perfect wattage for all Duomax pods
  • One of the sveltest vapes featured in this list, very skinny
  • Fantastic sliding plastic loader on the pods for refilling

Whereas other Freemax Rexa Kits have different degrees of advanced features, the Nano, one of the smallest refillable vape kits in this list, is a perfect little slab of no-worries puffability. The device picks the ideal power for your pod of choice, and the 1000mAh battery does a fine job of lasting the day.

But the best thing about the Rexa Nano is the new Freemax Duomax pods. Not only is the flavour produced by them exceptional, but the plastic sliding refill hatch is SO MUCH better than the usual rubber stoppers.

Want to know more about the FreeMax Rexa Nano? You don’t have to look anywhere else because we have a Rexa Nano review.

Pros

  • Perfect taste from Duomax pods
  • No maintenance to worry about
  • Clean and simple refills

Cons

  • Pods have to be removed to refill
  • The matte steel finish has a tendency to scuff easily

OXVA XLIM SQ Pro 2

The advanced and futuristic interface and touch functions.
£25.49

Why We Recommend It

  • Gorgeous and intuitive touch-screen user interface
  • Whopping 1600mAh battery
  • Brilliant-as-ever flavour and vapour production from XLIM pods

OXVA’s XLIM SQ Pro 2 was quite the departure from the original. The circular touch screen is gorgeous and super responsive, and the wattage selection screen is really lovely to use.

But it’s not just a fancy UI that makes the SQ Pro 2 a great choice. Despite its tiny size, it contains a whopping 1600mAh battery and can kick out 30W of power, if you so choose. Add to that the great flavour from the easily-refilled XLIM pods, and it’s a beautiful kit.

Just in case you didn’t know, we scored the XLIM SQ Pro 2 a 4.9 out of 5 in our separate blog review.

Pros

  • Comfortable rounded build
  • Cutting-edge interface
  • Widely available pods

Cons

  • Touch screen takes a little learning
  • Slightly heavier than other small vapes

Doozy Infinity

A solidly-built and extremely discreet little puff bar.
£8.99

Why We Recommend It

  • The ideal disposable vape replacement
  • Hard build with no wobble, creak, or fragility
  • Pre-installed coils and easy refills

Doozy’s Infinity Vape Kit is clearly built to attract those who have recently had to give up their disposables following the UK ban. The Doozy kit may seem dull at first glance, but it’s designed for a vaper who doesn’t want extra features, menus, sliders, etc.

Just fill up the disposable pods and start puffing away! And while they may have gone light on features, the actual build quality of the kit is superb, with absolutely no creakiness or fragility to it, no matter how hard I grip!

We have a Doozy Infinity review, by the way. We gave it a 4.5 out of 5 score.

Pros

  • Very discreet
  • Premium construction and hand-feel
  • No maintenance whatsoever

Cons

  • Very dull for an experienced vaper
  • Limited to Doozy pods, not many ohmages

Aspire Gotek X3

Gorgeous translucent designs and fuss-free power adjusting.
Price: £11.49

Why We Recommend It

  • Gorgeous, colourful, and lightweight design
  • Simple power increase tech without wattage baggage
  • Incredible 1200mAh, somehow!

Do you know what I miss? The translucent colourful plastic housing that tech had in the late 90s. Aspire, ever fashionable, have resurrected this deeply stylish (and cost-effective) design for their easy-as-pie Gotek X3 Kit.

Palm-sized, ridged for your sensory pleasure, and now featuring a 1200mAh battery and power controls! The Gotek X vape series may have started as a playful afterthought, but it’s now a serious contender for my daily go-to vape. Aesthetics MATTER.

Pros

  • So pretty~
  • Great battery
  • Intuitive power controls

Cons

  • Fragile when dropped
  • Not for those seeking clouds

Vaporesso Vibe Nano Pro

A funky, futuristic and fun-to-use vape kit.

Why We Recommend It

  • Instantly switch between ECO/PWR modes
  • Gorgeous display and UI, surprising for the build!
  • Dual mesh coil design keeps flavour crisp and moreish

While clearly visually inspired by disposable kits, Vaporesso’s Vibe Nano Pro provides a much more sophisticated situation. Within the (fun!) coloured housing that fits in your palm, you’ll find a crazy good 1500mAh battery, as well as a switch to move between ECO/PWR modes for different output styles.

The display screen is remarkably snazzy for a kit that strongly resembles a single-day device, and the flavour is clear and consistent thanks to a dual-mesh structure that Aspire is very proud of. A fun, alternative little all-day goer!

Pros

  • Incredibly flavoursome
  • Impressive 1500mAh battery
  • Dual mesh pods last longer and taste better

Cons

  • Somewhat bulky
  • Pods aren’t the cheapest

Vaporesso XROS 5 Mini

Exceptional battery for such a small unit
Price: £15.99

picture of the best vape kit, the innokin endura t22

Why We Recommend It

  • Perfect 1500mAh battery
  • Airflow slider included, which isn’t always common for Mini kits
  • XROS pods are not only delicious but also available everywhere

It’s common for the ‘Mini’ or ‘Nano’ version of a kit to strip away various features. Still, the XROS 5 Mini from Vaporesso retains enough of them to make it a serious contender for attention against its bigger, bulkier brother.

The inclusion of an airflow slider is often rare in a Mini kit, and the 1500mAh battery can easily go a couple of days for the average user. On top of that, the flavour from the XROS Pods is as vibrant as ever before.

Pros

  • Continuation of a fantastic range
  • Brilliant battery capacity
  • Airflow customisation

Cons

  • Screenless
  • Somewhat chunky in places

Uwell Caliburn G3 Lite Koko

Unique and highly effective leak-proofing design aspects.
Price: £9.99

picture of the best vape kit, the innokin endura t22

Why We Recommend It

  • Extremely effective leak-proofing
  • Featherweight – it only weighs 46g!
  • Pro-FOCS coil tech is designed to keep flavour consistent

The Uwell Caliburn G3 Lite Koko (which has a stupid and too-long name) first caught my eye just for being so delightfully quirky, aesthetically. But I was genuinely impressed by this little freak when I realised how much work had been put into leak-proofing it.

There’s also the Pro-FOCS coil tech used to keep flavour consistent over extended pod usage, and a very impressively low carry weight of just around 46g, thanks in part to a partially plastic build. Cute, discreet and effective!

Pros

  • One of the smallest pod vape options
  • Stylish and light design
  • Exceptionally leak-proof

Cons

  • Slight creak to the build
  • Battery capacity isn’t brilliant
