Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 Review

Prefilled pod kits have swept across the UK vaping market in an effort to fill the notable gap left by disposable vapes, which were banned in 2025. I’ve tried a lot of prefilled kits, but few have been as well put together as the Hayati Pro Max+ 6000.

Having had a week to get to grips with the kit and pods, I believe that plucky little Hayati are set to give big names like Elf Bar a run for their money. Now let me tell you why I think the Hayati Pro Max+ 6000 is the best prefilled kit of 2026 so far.

Design and Build Quality

In terms of design, Hayati’s got the hotness. Frankly, I dislike many prefilled kits for the same reason I disliked disposables — I’m not fond of creaky plastic builds. I like the vape I’m gripping between white knuckles to have a certain durable feel to it, and surprisingly, that’s precisely what I get from the Hayati Pro Max+ Kit.

Frustratingly, I’ve not been able to discover what metal has been used in the construction of the kit. Hayati’s website isn’t saying, but from experience, I can say it feels very similar to the aluminium or zinc alloys commonly used by vape manufacturers.

What I can tell you is that the result is a slab of cool steel that feels firm in your grip without being heavy. You may think I’m overemphasising this, but believe me, when you’ve literally used hundreds of different vapes, a steel casing really does make all the difference.

Hayati has gone for a bold build, too. A tall and proud rectangle, the bottom half ombre’d steel that moves between two colours (usually suggestive of the flavour), the top half a shaded acrylic refill container gradually seeping e-liquid into the pod at the centre as you vape. The corners of the block have a slight concave arch, giving it a roundness and making it more comfortable to grip.

In terms of shape, the device is identical on all four sides, with only the markings and screen position indicating which side is the front. The front features the company and kit logos, with a light-up LCD screen at the base that shows the device’s charge level (0-100). The USB-C charging port is on the base of the device, between the two airflow inlets.

The mouthpiece on the pod/container is thin and comfortable, with a flat lozenge design. Honestly, I prefer this to the cylindrical mouthpieces, as I feel the less like a cigarette filter it is, the better, particularly in helping to break the aspects of cigarette addiction you don’t always consider right away.

And the kit is entirely buttonless, activated solely through auto-draw inhales. A great feature for those of you who usually have your vape in your pocket, as there’s no way for it to fire accidentally.

In terms of design and build quality, I’m impressed. The device is slightly too bulky for some users, but I don’t think anyone who is concerned about discretion would be browsing kits containing 12mls of e-liquid.

Setting Up for the First Time: How to Use Hayati Pro Max Plus

Putting your Hayati Pro Max+ together for the first time is a simple process. You can go from opening the pack to session vaping in less than a couple of minutes. Here, I’ll show you!

1. Remove all packaging

Open the box and remove the two foil packets. The large one contains your kit, the small one the refill container. Peel the packs open and remove the hardware. Remove any and all stickers you can see, particularly the one on the base of the kit blocking the airflow.

2. Line up the device and pod

Looking at the backs of the pod and the device, you’ll see two aligning arrows. Simply press the pod down onto the kit in this position. You may need to push firming to click it all together, at which point you’ll see some bubbles in the pod indicating the e-liquid is entering the kit’s pod from the refill container.

Be sure not to push too gently or stop halfway, as you may end up breaking the seal and letting excess e-liquid spill out. You can always wipe it off and finish the connection, but best to avoid wasting your vape juice.

3. 10-second wait and wave

Wait around ten seconds for the e-liquid to steadily enter the pod completely, turning the kit over gently to ensure all the juice gets where it needs to go.

4. Vape

And you’re all done! You can now vape away to your heart’s content. The only things to keep your eyes on are the battery, which you can recharge, and the pod, which can be replaced when empty.

Features and Performance

It would be easy to let the Hayati off for lacking extra features, as it’s only a prefilled pod kit! Well, so is the Elf Bar 4-In-1. See what I’m getting at?

But to be fair, that’s quite the David and Goliath matchup, and in Hayati’s defense, they’ve put together a very strong first prefilled effort. But it did need to be mentioned.

In truth, the Hayati Pro Max+ isn’t laden down with extra features, bells, and whistles. It’s a simple device with simple functions, and luckily for us all, it achieves these functions very satisfyingly.

And I do think it’s worth giving Hayati some big-ups for the LCD battery indicator! It’s similar to, and slightly clearer than, the IVG Pro 12’s screen. And that’s not a comparison any vape manufacturer should be frustrated by!

Coil Life and Flavour

The flavour is awesome, in my opinion! Clear tastes, gentle inhales (thanks to nicotine salts, even 20mg goes down smooth as air), and plenty of e-liquid to get through. After all, the combined 12mls of the pod and container fitted together result in a (entirely legal and TPD-compliant, by the way!) volume of nic-infused e-liquid larger than you’ll find sold in bottles here in the UK.

I am rather pleased by the refill container method, too! Plenty of prefilled kits are a bit tricky to fit with new bottles/containers, and Hayati have put a lot of focus on ensuring their kit is easy to fit with new pods. The entire pod/container duo is easily removed from the Hayati kit with a firm pull upwards, which frees the connection point for a whole new pod/container.

Just buy a refill pack, push the pod and container together, and push the two into the Hayati device. Ready to keep vaping!

Battery Life and Charging

The device’s battery is 850 mAh. Not the largest in the game, and I’m a bit surprised they didn’t try to hit the 1000mAh mark, but I’ve not run into any sudden power problems. The kit doesn’t seem to use a tremendous amount of power when firing, and the LCD certainly isn’t draining significant power when lit.

I’m finding it easy enough to get a solid day of use from the kit, and when it is depleted the charge speeds are great. About 45-60 minutes, and your kit’s back to full charge. Since there’s no way to change the device’s power settings, you won’t run into the inconsistent power supply issues that often plague devices with adjustable wattage.

Does it live up to the hype?

The Hayati Pro Max+ 6000 Prefilled Pod Kit is an impressive piece of vaping hardware, I have to say! The assembly is easy, using it is even easier, the flavours are clear and smoothly inhaled, and it’s simple to charge and acquire new e-liquid. Any problems I normally have with prefilled kits (cheap construction, fragility, irksome maintenance) are not an issue with Hayati’s kit.

I feel it lives up to the hype it’s generating, and I think it’ll be a great purchase for both those seeking to quit smoking and those who just need a brief kit to use besides their go-to vape.
