The Joe's Juice Cookie Dough Salted Caramel Concentrate combines two indulgent pudding flavours to help you make delicious dessert e-liquids. Rich brown cookie dough is layered with lashings of salted caramel sauce. The salt providing a grounding edge that prevents this concentrate’s sweetness from totally dominating your DIY blend.

Note: This is a vape flavour concentrate. It should not be vaped prior to mixing with a VG/PG base. We recommend this concentrate make up 20% of the final e-liquid volume.
