Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched the same day.

  • UK: 1-3 days; allow up to 14 working days.
  • Iceland: 5-10 days; allow up to 25 days.

International shipping

Due to varying regulations, international shipping is currently available to Iceland only.

Returns

Not happy with your order? Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Faulty products: return within 30 days for inspection. We will offer a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed faulty.
  • E-liquids: cannot be returned once opened or once the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
  • Clearomizers: cannot be returned if opened, filled, or used.

To return an item, log into your MIST account, go to Order History, select the order, and complete the returns form.
