Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched the same day.

  • UK: 1-3 days; allow up to 14 working days.

Returns

Not happy with your order? Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Faulty products: return within 30 days for inspection. We will offer a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed faulty.
  • E-liquids: cannot be returned once opened or once the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
  • Clearomizers: cannot be returned if opened, filled, or used.
