To redeem drops click on "Use Drops" enter the amount that you wish to use in the box and click "Apply". The amount you have saved will then show in the grand total of your order.

Simply create an account with us and you will be automatically added to the scheme. Just remember to log into your account everytime you shop.

Where can I check my loyalty drops balance?

Head to your account section by clicking on the account icon at the top of the screen. Here you can find all the information connected to your account, including your reward drops total and value.

Do my loyalty drops expire?

No, they are yours, ready to be used whenever you wish.
If you close your account with us, they can not be reinstated if you decide to come back to us though.

How quickly are my loyalty drops added to my account?

As soon as your order is processed, you will be able to see your new loyalty drops balance.
