Frequently Asked Questions
Are Zlide/Zenith coils for mouth to lung vaping or are they sub-ohm?

While Zlide and Zenith coils are interchangeable, they are available in different resistances for different purposes. The classic Zenith coil is available in 0.8ohm and 1.6ohm, both of which are ideal for mouth to lung vaping. The Zlide coil registers at 0.48ohm and is very capable of absorbing thicker e-liquid for sub-ohm cloud chasing.

Are Zlide/Zenith mutually compatible?

The Zlide tank is an upgraded variant of the Zenith, featuring ingenious lock mechanisms for child and leak proofing purposes. While the PLEX3D 0.48ohm Z Coils were released in conjunction with the Innokin Zlide, they do still work within the original Zenith tank. You may however find that the Zlide offers better airflow control options, and therefore performs the job of a sub-ohm tank with greater efficiency.

What's new about the Zlide Z Coils?

The 0.48ohm Z Coils released alongside and included with the Innokin Zlide tank feature a unique internal mesh which Innokin have named their ‘PLEX3D’ design. The PLEX3D mesh offers superior sub-ohming potential to the previous higher-resistance Z Coils, as mesh interiors result in faster rewicking and drastically lower the likelihood of burnouts.
