Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order as the use of mistEliquid.co.uk is influenced by the terms and conditions on this page. By using this site, you are demonstrating your acceptance of the terms and conditions. These conditions apply to all products being sold on mistEliquid.co.uk. By placing an order using this website, you as the buyer must agree and accept to be bound by the terms and conditions on this page. mistEliquid.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to the website and this terms and conditions page at any time without giving notice.
MistEliquid.co.uk has the right to either correct or abort any order for any reason. If the price of your purchase was displayed incorrectly on our site we will give you an opportunity to place another order at the correct price. If goods are not available at the time the buyer orders them, they will be given the options to either wait until the goods are back in stock, change their order, or cancel their order and receive a refund within 10 working days.
Payment Methods and Delivery
We accept Paypal as a method of payment. Goods to buyers within both the UK and any other part of the world will be posted within 2 working days and are shipped by the First Class Royal Mail Postal Service. Orders placed outside of the UK should expect a longer waiting time.
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your mistEliquid, you can return the e liquid within 30 days of the date that you received the item, unopened with any seals put in place intact. When we receive your returned item in satisfactory conditions to get a refund, a full refund of the product minus any postage costs will be given. MistEliquid only accepts returns of opened items if they are faulty.
Customs
If your delivery address is outside the UK, the addressee must comply with any laws and regulations of that country the items are being delivered to. Additional charges such as import duties and taxes may be enforced by customs of that country and any of these charges must be paid by you. Please be aware that mistEliquid has no control over these charges.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
MistEliquid will not be liable for any failure or delay to comply with any of our obligations set out in our terms and conditions if the failure or delay is in effect of any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.
Age of Consent
E Liquid may only be sold to those over the age of 18. By using this website you are demonstrating your acceptance of the terms and conditions so by committing to buy goods from mistEliquid.co.uk you are declaring that you are over 18. If mistEliquid.co.uk finds out that you are under 18 your order will be cancelled immediately without any notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Our terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the law of England. The Court of England has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
