The KR808D-1 is a semi disposable 2 piece e cigarette. Instead of having an atomizer, you have disposable cartomizers. A cartomizer is a cartridge and atomizer combined. This means when the cartomizer runs dry, you simply throw it away and replace it with a fresh one...simple...easy...clean.
